Crane remote control

elca_logo_sm.jpg The use of remote control in contemporary production processes expands crane functionalities and has a number of advantages:

  • distant control directly from a portable control panel;
  • freedom of movement for operators;
  • increased accuracy of load transportation and positioning;
  • increased labor productivity and safety;
  • when using cranes of smaller lifting capacity, remote control allows removing operator cabins, thus reducing the overall crane price.

How it works

Control panel commands (lift-descent, transportation, etc.) are turned into radio signals and transmitted to the crane receiving unit. The unit processes the signal and triggers discrete and analog outputs activated by the crane control system.

Remote control can be integrated with electric drive systems using DVESLY thyristor panels and frequency converters.
